Executive Administrator and Clinical Supervisor

Teresa Dombrowski is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and licensed chemical dependency professional (LCDP) in Rhode Island, as well as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC-I) in Massachusetts. She serves as the Executive Administrator and Clinical Supervisor at Diversity Counseling, where she provides guidance and oversight to clinical staff.

 

Teresa earned her Master of Arts in Holistic Counseling from San Francisco Ecclesiastical Orthodox University. Her therapeutic approach integrates spiritual and transpersonal counseling to support clients in achieving recovery that aligns with their spirit, mind, and body. She is dedicated to helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders find healing through a comprehensive understanding of their cultural, familial, and personal contexts.

 

In her role, Teresa oversees the screening and intake process, ensuring clients receive the support and resources they need to begin their recovery journey. Her administrative leadership is grounded in a client-centered approach that prioritizes empathy and individualized care.

 

Teresa also brings a diverse background in fitness and wellness, where she supported clients in reaching their personal health goals. She has been instrumental in developing programs for New England Teen Challenge, where she guided adolescents through their recovery process by incorporating spiritual growth and holistic wellness.

 

With extensive training in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal counseling, Teresa provides a unique, integrative approach that empowers clients to achieve lasting recovery and personal growth.
